What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out? Fast-Paced Execution: Our agile structure means no red tape. We make acquisition decisions quickly—often in days, not weeks or months. High Deal Volume: Expect a robust pipeline of opportunities, including both domain acquisitions and strategic plays across various sectors. Direct Impact: You’ll work closely with senior leadership on meaningful transactions that shape the business.

This is not your standard corporate M&A role. We’re looking for a hands-on dealmaker who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll have significant autonomy, influence key strategic decisions, and work alongside a sharp, experienced team that values your expertise.
If you're passionate about M&A, ready to take on high-stakes deals, and want to be part of a company where your work drives real growth, we’d love to connect.

Location: We’re hiring for this role across multiple locations, including London, UK, St. Helier, Jersey, Ireland, or Malta. Please note that we are hiring one exceptional candidate for this position.

  • Identification of potential M&A targets across our pillars, to deliver against our M&A strategy, proactivtely working with sellers & brokers to maintain a high quality pipeline.
  • Manage M&A transactions from end-to-end (sourcing to completion and beyond), working with finance, product leaders, and technical experts to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Responsibility for preparation and presentation of transactions for approval to Board and Founder.
  • Manage the M&A team as well as collaborate with adjacent internal teams. Be responsible for the development of the more junior M&A team members, as well as driving them forwards to deliver against their goals.
  • Alongside the relevant deal sponsor, be responsible for pre deal integration planning and post deal accountability.

What You'll Bring:

  • Qualified Accountant: ACA, CIMA, or equivalent – your qualifications speak for themselves!
  • M&A Expertise: 5-6 years’ experience in corporate finance and M&A, gained at top accounting firms, in-house corporate finance teams, or investment banks/boutiques.

  • Relationship Building: You have a natural ability to create and nurture long-term relationships, especially with potential acquisition targets and founders.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: You know how to close a deal and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Hungry and Driven: You have a relentless pursuit of acquisition targets and an unyielding commitment to success.
  • Authentic and Personable: You’ll represent our company with charm, humility, and a genuine passion for what we do – no egos here!
  • Proactive Self-Starter: You’re independent, self-motivated, and don’t need hand-holding to get the job done.
