The Role

Legend is hiring a Senior FP&A Manager, reporting directly to our Head of FP&A located in London. Join a dynamic and fast-growing company where you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial future of our expanding portfolio.

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, partnering with an exceptional team to drive growth and profitability. In this role, you’ll conduct high-impact financial analysis, support exciting strategic projects, and help steer the company’s trajectory with data-driven insights. You will be working closely with our largest pillar which experiences significant year-over-year growth, you’ll make a real difference by influencing key business outcomes and contributing to our continued success.

Your Impact:

  • Be the primary finance partner for the General Manager of our leading business unit; and advise and guide the leadership team of that business unit.
  • Manage the budgeting and regular forecasting activities for the respective business unit including the forecasting model.
  • Ownership of weekly, monthly and seasonal financial management with associated commentary where necessary.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the underlying drivers of business performance and use that knowledge to help identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Support business decision-making to maximize EBITDA through strong analysis and actionable insight.
  • Maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across partnerships, business analytics, finance ops, marketing and strategy.
  • Support FP&A processes, data and system improvements as the team expands.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial forecast systems, methodology and process.
  • Support M&A activities where necessary for the respective business unit.
  • Ad hoc support for commercial projects and global FP&A team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Professional accounting qualified with proven post-qualification experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partner role.
  • Experience managing a large business unit P&L.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • An exceptional ability to draw conclusions from data, and the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong change management and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications with advanced skills in Excel (including modeling).
  • Experience with Power BI and data visualisation tools like Tableau would be considered an asset.
  • Experience in a digital media, iGaming or technology company is an asset.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Interview with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with the Head of FP&A (1 hour Zoom interview)
  • 3rd: Final take home Task interview presentation with the Head of FP&A and the Chief Gaming Officer (60 minute interview via Zoom)
