The Role:
At Legend, we are seeking an eager and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Operations Executive. This is a junior administration position, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about developing their skills in commercial operations and data management. You don’t need to bring extensive experience to the role from the start; we are looking for someone who is excited to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our team.
In this position, you will be part of our commercial operations team, responsible for the daily maintenance and management of partner static data and affiliate accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our processes, acting as a vital link between the commercial, legal, and finance teams.

Your Impact:
- Utilising JIRA to execute and track requests and internal processes (training is available for this system, no need to have experience at the beginning).
- Conducting KYC (know your customer) and governance processes across our pillars: gaming and sports.
- Providing administrative support to the internal Account Management team.
- Interacting with marketing operators to confirm new or changing deal terms.
- Overseeing the legal review process, managing document signatures, and facilitating communication between legal and commercial teams.
- Maintaining and documenting contractual arrangements and partner onboarding processes.
- Working cross-functionally with the finance team to resolve month-end invoicing queries.

The Interview Process:
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 minute video interview via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with the Account Operations Lead and People Partner (45 minute video interview via Zoom)
- 3rd: Interview with the Head of Commercial Operations (30 minute video interview via Zoom).
