The Role

Legend is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team in St Helier, Jersey, reporting directly to our Senior Accounts Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career by joining a dynamic and growing global Commercial Team. You'll support our Account Leads in day-to-day operations, manage small partner accounts, negotiate deals, and ensure accounts and tracking are set up correctly. You'll also conduct market and competitor research, gaining valuable insights and experience.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with our Account Managers to support and manage our expanding client accounts on a daily basis.
  • Assist in negotiating deals, optimizing performance, and conducting market and competitor research, with guidance from experienced Account Managers.
  • Actively seek out new advertising partners and serve as the main contact for both new and existing relationships.
  • Ensure smooth setup and tracking of partner accounts to maximize efficiency.
  • Work with teams across Tech, Conversion, Marketing, and Content to deliver impactful advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to manage invoices and ensure timely payments are received.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Demonstrated interest in growing into an account management or sales position.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry is advantageous but not essential; we focus on transferable skills and offer opportunities for industry-specific training.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with the Account Lead and another team member (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3th: Final interview with our team onsite at the St. Helier Jersey office for 30 minutes.
