The Role

Legend is hiring a Finance Systems Manager reporting directly to our Finance Director who is located in St. Helier, Jersey. The successful candidate will manage and develop improvements to our Finance systems. You will lead and support these systems while effectively plumbing together the finance infrastructure across our global business. Working cross functionally you will also plan and execute the finance systems roadmap, including the selection, implementation and maintenance.

Your Impact:

  • Improve operational use of current systems and manage 3rd party system relationships.
  • Identify areas for improvement/potential add-ons that would increase efficiencies.
  • Manage system strategy: identification, assessment and implementation of systems including but not limited to ERP.
  • Identify and implement improvements to finance processes.
  • Documentation of finance process.
  • Reduce the reliance on manual processes through system integration.
  • Improve the system literacy of the finance team through training (both formal and informal).
  • Develop resources to allow finance team to improve their understanding independently.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years experience, delivering effective finance systems solutions, including process, technology and organisational considerations.
  • Experience in integration and delivery of a tools and systems (including new ERP system), together with related integrated data management, processing and analysis software.
  • Strong financial understanding and the ability to translate between finance and tech teams.
  • Must have strong project management skills and have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised and process driven individual with the ability to identify and improve inefficient processes.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to manage and co-ordinate the differing needs and wants of individual functions to deliver for the whole.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 minute video interview via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with the hiring manager (45 minute video interview via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Interview with the Executive Director (30 minute video interview via Zoom).
