The Role
Legend is on the hunt for an energetic and dynamic Business Operations Specialist to power our Polish office based in Warsaw! Reporting directly to our Head of Operations, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant team, driving daily operations with your extensive knowledge of Polish business practices. If you're a proactive self-starter eager to make a real impact, we want you to help shape the future of our Polish office!

Your Impact:

  • Manage the daily operations of our Polish office, including maintenance and facilities, health and safety, and insurance management. Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and company guidelines.
  • Develop and implement local perks and benefits to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate local work and social events, as well as travel arrangements for the Polish team and international visitors.
  • Provide local expertise to our central Legal, Finance, and HR teams to assist with the implementation of new guidance and policies.
  • Ensure accurate data is provided to our outsourced payroll provider, including all payable and B2B invoices.
  • Foster a culture of high engagement and enjoyment within our Polish hub.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Extensive experience in operating a small business in Poland, with a deep understanding of employment laws, HR processes, and policies.
  • Bring a vibrant and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace, inspiring those around you.
  • Eager to take on a variety of tasks and see them through to completion with a hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional ability to rally colleagues around shared objectives and foster a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with our team, Head of Operations and a member of the team (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Final interview (30 minutes video via Zoom)
