The Role:
Legend is hiring an Account Operations Executive, reporting directly to our the Account Operations Specialist located in St Helier, Jersey. Working within the commercial operations team you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of our partner static data and affiliate accounts. You will be a gatekeeper of commercial operations processes and a key link between the commercial, legal and finance teams. Our mission is to uphold the integrity of our team processes and ensure the accuracy of our data, which has far-reaching effects across the business.

Your Impact:

  • Achieve streamlined setup and maintenance of partner accounts, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with operational protocols.
  • Enhance account management efficiency through effective collaboration with legal and finance teams, optimizing processes and procedures.
  • Successfully meet partners' KYC (know your customer) requirements and conduct thorough due diligence checks, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external operations teams, fostering strong partnerships and addressing requests promptly and effectively.
  • Drive the facilitation of marketing agreements with partners, overseeing the process from inception to final execution, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
  • Innovate internal processes by thinking creatively, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains to support organizational objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Outstanding organizational and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Forward thinking.
  • Comfortable working and communicating cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in JIRA or Oneflow is an advantage but not essential.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 minute video interview via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with the hiring manager, Account Operations Specialist (45 minute video interview via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Interview with the Head of Commercial Operations (30 minute video interview via Zoom).
