The Role

As a Delivery Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our teams' goals are aligned with broader organisational objectives and executed with precision. You'll lead complex projects to successful completion, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and implement agile methodologies to enhance the overall operational efficiency of our pillar. Your expertise in change management and process optimisation will be vital in streamlining our practices, ensuring consistency, and driving continuous improvement across our teams.

Your Impact:

  • Strategic Alignment and Execution: Ensure that your teams goals are clearly defined, realistic, and aligned with the broader organisational objectives. Drive the successful execution of these goals by working with product, engineering and content teams to prioritise the right initiatives, leading the team through planning activities.
  • Timely and Effective Project Delivery: Lead the execution of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This includes proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring transparent communication and reporting to all stakeholders.
  • Enhanced Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a key team representative.
  • Improved Operational Efficiency: Implement scaled agile methodologies across teams to streamline processes, enhance team efficiency, and increase predictability. You will also foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Organisational Optimisation: Lead change management initiatives that enhance operational practices across the organisation. Identifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency, consistency, and alignment across our teams, and acting as a representative to the pillar when alignment with the wider business is needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to facilitate goal setting, manage capacity planning, and optimize frameworks for prioritisation and ROI.
  • Project Management: Expertise in leading projects from start to finish, managing risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and representing teams in broader company programs.
  • Scaled Agile Practices: Deep understanding of agile and lean methodologies, with the ability to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimisation: Skills in identifying, defining, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency across the organisation.
  • Change Management: Capability to act as a change driver, leading transformational initiatives and aligning processes within a complex organisational landscape.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Final interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
