The Role
Legend is hiring an FP&A Analyst, reporting directly to our Senior FP&A Manager located in either Jersey or London. Join a dynamic and fast-growing company where you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial future of our expanding portfolio.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, support budgeting processes, and perform profitability assessments. Your work will play an integral part in driving business growth through insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

Your Impact:
- Become a trusted financial point of contact for senior stakeholders across one or more of our pillars (business units).
- Support the delivery of the annual planning process including regular forecasting activities.
- Help produce and continually improve financial reporting and insight including intra-month reports and month-end reporting.
- Develop valuable insights through analysis of financial and non-financial information to drive improvements to the business and support decision making.
- Build and maintain relationships across a wide range of stakeholders including product, commercial, data, finance ops and marketing.
- Lead on FP&A projects outside of business as usual deliverables.
- Provide support for ad-hoc analysis to the wider FP&A team.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a commercial finance/FP&A function preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Desire to ‘win as one’ and be part of a team that is scaling up.
- Be working towards an accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) is desirable but not required.
The Interview Process:
- 1st: Initial Interview with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with the Senior FP&A Manager & take home Task review (1 hour Zoom interview)
- 3rd: Final interview with the Head of FP&A (30 minute interview via Zoom)
