The Role
Legend is hiring a Head of SEO, to join our leadership team. We’re looking for someone ready to grow one of the market leading brands in the iGaming space into the undeniable #1 online casino resource globally. This should include moats and initiatives that not only take us to the very top across every region, country, state that we operate in, but place us in a position where we cannot be moved or replaced by the competition.
You and your team should be the absolute best in the game, combining forward-thinking and grand initiatives that can really move the needle with attention to detail and perfect optimisation on a page-by-page level in order to excel across the serps and grow commercial outcomes.

Your Impact:
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the SEO team and projects/initiatives that operate in conjunction with other teams within the group
- Future planning - responsibility for the long-term organic strategy of the site (initiative planning, resources, timeframes and execution)
- Team Management - Goals, Growth, Training and Development. Setting the right expectations to not only meet agreed deliverables but smash through them.
- Culture Shift > SEO First: Turn SEO into a key component of the leadership team, future direction and strategy
- Managing key tools and expenses associated with SEO and the site to ensure teams have what they need and can drive forward at pace.
- Be the unblocker in SEO - consistently working towards making processes are as smooth as possible, key operations and deadlines are met, helping to filter out the noise so that individuals and teams can stay focused and deliver.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience within a leadership team, working in collaboration with peers, together making decisions that ensure growth & profitability for the business
- Proven success in developing and implementing SEO strategies with long-term results (ideally for multiple verticals & geographies).
- Ability to oversee and drive SEO strategy whilst still working at pace and ensuring creative excellence.
- Proactive awareness and anticipation of the latest industry innovations, tools, digital channels, and the role of SEO
- Natural coach, mentor, and talent magnet, able to motivate and provide direction to the team, setting clear objectives and development plans.
The Interview Process:
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our team, On-Page SEO Specialist and Senior Tech SEO Specialist (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Interview with our team, Head of Gaming and People Partner (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 4th: Take home task - you will be given 5 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, General Manager and Head of Gaming (1 hour video via Zoom)
