Your Impact:

  • Lead end-to-end process discovery and develop clear As-Is and To-Be process maps across Commercial, Finance, and Portfolio functions
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, control gaps, and opportunities for optimisation, quantifying potential cost, performance, and risk improvements
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurable outcomes for process improvements
  • Map and enhance core commercial and finance processes (e.g. pricing, forecasting, P2P, O2C, FP&A) to improve transparency, governance, and data integrity
  • Elicit, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into structured documentation, user stories, and process models
  • Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and SMEs to drive alignment and informed decision-making
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions are aligned to strategic and operational objectives
  • Support implementation of process improvements, including system enhancements, change adoption, and benefits realisation
