The Role

Legend is hiring a Head of Gaming Strategic Operations, reporting directly to our Chief Gaming Officer and working as part of the Gaming leadership team.

This is a high-trust, high-exposure role for an exceptional strategic operator who can rapidly understand complex problems, translate leadership priorities into action, and progressively take ownership of critical initiatives and decisions. You will work across the Gaming business, gaining the context and judgment to represent the Chief Gaming Officer and operate increasingly independently.

The scope of the role is likely to evolve over time as the Gaming business evolves, with opportunities to take on broader responsibilities.

Your Impact:

Turn Gaming’s strategic priorities into clear plans, decisions and measurable outcomes.

Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from initial problem definition through to delivery.

Represent the Chief Gaming Officer in selected meetings, ensuring decisions are made and relevant context is communicated.

Create leverage for the Gaming leadership team by identifying issues early, resolving blockers and maintaining momentum.

Improve visibility and accountability across business-unit and leadership-team performance.

Build the context and judgment to take ownership of progressively broader decisions and strategic responsibilities.

What You'll Bring:

Exceptional analytical ability and a track record of quickly mastering unfamiliar, complex business areas.

Experience in strategy consulting, strategic operations, a Chief of Staff function or another high-performance environment.

Strong judgment, discretion and the ability to operate effectively with senior leaders.

Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional projects with limited oversight.

Clear, concise communication and the confidence to challenge, influence and represent leadership.

High ambition, resilience and personal drive; iGaming experience is beneficial but not essential.

The Interview Process:

1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (45 mins via Zoom)

2nd: Interview with the hiring manager (45 mins video via Zoom)

3rd: Interview with one of our people partners and the general manager of marketing OR the general manager of product

4th: Final interview (onsite) with our team, hiring manager and head of people and culture
