Your Impact:

  • Own and deliver advert optimisations that directly influence revenue, first-time depositors, and strategic visibility.
  • Proactively identify underperforming advertising placements, partners, and site pages and fix them fast.
  • Prioritise and coordinate toplist advert tests and changes with Experimentation, Product, and SEO teams.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to execute landing page, CTA, and bonus tests.
  • Gatekeep partner deals and ensure only commercially sound offers get promoted.
  • Spot and act on emerging commercial opportunities from competitor changes, traffic shifts, and/or new markets.
  • Deliver regular top-line commercial performance insight summaries to guide priorities across the Commercial pillar.
  • What You'll Bring:

  • Strong understanding of affiliate partnerships, commercial placement dynamics, and bonus structures is essential.
  • Experience in a commercial, account management, or CRO-focused role.
  • Clear bias for action, you know how to move fast and make things happen, not just surface insights.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination, comfortable managing change across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Confident using performance dashboards to inform decisions, and able to synthesise insights for commercial leadership.
  • Commercial instinct, judgement, and the drive to chase revenue at every opportunity.
  • The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with our Principal Optimisation Lead and Senior Business Analyst (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Final interview with our Chief Monetisation Officer and Senior People Partner (1 hour on-site interview)
