The Role

The Senior Manager, Betting Content is responsible for overseeing the betting content function within the Sports Pillar, spanning social media, video production, betting content creation, and ambassador/influencer partnerships. This role ensures content strategies are aligned with brand, SEO, and business goals while fostering cross-team collaboration and innovation. The Senior Manager leads multiple teams and managers, guiding them to deliver impactful, engaging, innovative, and compliant content across platforms.

Your Impact

  • Lead the development and execution of the betting content strategy across social, video, ambassador, influencer, and content channels.
  • Build and guide high-performing teams, providing direction to managers and ensuring integrated, high-quality content output.
  • Drive an integrated content approach that maximizes reach, engagement, and brand credibility across all channels.
  • Deliver against performance targets tied to brand, sponsorship, and affiliate agreements, maximizing partner value.
  • Build, negotiate, and manage ambassador, influencer, and external partnerships that deliver ROI and align with brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Marketing, Product, and Content teams to amplify campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends, sports cycles, and audience behaviors to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Own the betting content budget, track performance, ensure compliance, and provide strategic reporting to senior leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years in digital content strategy, including 3+ years managing multiple teams or functions.
  • Strong background in sports media, betting, or related digital content industries.
  • Proven success developing and executing content strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing budgets, partnerships, and agency/vendor relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of social media, video production, influencer marketing, and betting content, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Passion for sports and/or sports betting, with knowledge of North American sports, fan engagement, and industry trends.

The Interview Process

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Take home task - you will be given 3 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (Hiring Manager) (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 4th: Final interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
