  • Lead technical direction for a vertical slice team, owning systems end to end
  • Remain hands-on with architecture, design, and production code where it adds most value
  • Shape, review, and approve solution designs for a shared commercial platform
  • Support and develop a team of engineers while maintaining high technical standards
  • Ensuring the platform remains clean, scalable, and easy to work with as it grows.
  • Work closely with Product to deliver revenue-critical features at scale

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background as a senior software engineer in an object-oriented language (.NET or similar)
  • Proven experience leading technical design and architectural decisions
  • Hands-on capability with production systems at scale and complex codebases
  • Experience owning systems end to end, including databases and operational concerns
  • Ability to balance individual contribution with team leadership and mentorship
  • Cloud experience is desirable (AWS preferred)

    • The Interview Process

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Take home task - you will be given 3 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Katie Myer and Tero Vaananen (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Final interview with our team, Lynn Stark and a Senior / Lead Developer (1 hour video via Zoom)
