Your Impact:

  • Manage and maintain the Deal Center to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient data management.
  • Oversee data quality, accuracy, and coverage to ensure trustworthy commercial data.
  • Perform manual data entries and updates to support weekly commercial calculations.
  • Proactively identify and correct data discrepancies before they impact business decisions.
  • Conduct ad hoc QA tests and implement a comprehensive data validation strategy.
  • Ensure consistency of data across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Partner with product teams to build tools that improve data visibility and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to refine and enhance data-related processes.
  • Play a pivotal role in enabling timely, informed commercial decisions throughout the organization.
  • What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in managing, organizing, and interpreting data to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and internal data tools—training available if needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize operational processes.

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with our team, People Partner & Commercial Operations Executive (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Final interview with our Head of Commercial Operations (1 hour video via Zoom)
