The Role

Prediction markets are changing how people engage with everything from sports and politics to entertainment and breaking news - and we’re building a platform designed to make this fast-growing space easier to discover, compare and understand.

The platform brings together real-time data from multiple prediction markets, helping users compare prices, uncover data-driven picks and see what successful traders are backing - all in one place.

For a marketer, that creates a unique opportunity. You’ll have access to a constant stream of real-time market activity, giving you the raw material to turn breaking news, major trades, market movements and emerging trends into timely, engaging and highly shareable content.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help build the brand and grow its audience from an early stage. This is a hands-on generalist role with a strong social media focus, where you’ll work closely with the founder and wider team to shape our voice, grow our community and experiment with new ways to reach and engage people.

There’s no established marketing playbook to inherit. You’ll have the autonomy to build it, test ideas quickly, learn from the data and have a real influence on how the brand grows.

What makes this role particularly exciting is the chance to join early enough to influence the strategy, discover what works and see the direct impact of your decisions. You’ll experiment at pace and play a meaningful role in defining how an emerging category reaches its next wave of users.

Your Impact

Build and grow our social presence. Own our social strategy, with an initial focus on X, Discord, Reddit, creating content and conversations that build a highly engaged audience.

Build a high-velocity experimentation approach, turning hypotheses into tests, results and clear decisions about what to scale.

Turn real-time data into standout content. Spot compelling stories within market activity - from major trades and shifting probabilities to what successful traders are backing - and turn them into timely, shareable content.

Put the brand into the conversation. Stay close to breaking news and trends across sports, politics, entertainment and other major events, finding relevant and creative ways to join the conversation.

Drive measurable audience growth. Experiment with content, formats and distribution strategies to grow reach, engagement, community and traffic, using performance data to understand what works and scale it.

Discover and scale new acquisition channels, building a repeatable approach to attracting and activating new users.

Find new ways to grow. Test opportunities beyond organic social, including creators, partnerships, communities, email, SEO, paid acquisition and emerging channels.

Help shape the brand. Work directly with the founder and team to develop the voice, positioning and marketing approach for an early-stage product in a rapidly evolving space.

Success here isn't a long list of campaigns launched. It's evidence of experiments run, lessons learned, winning approaches discovered and meaningful user growth delivered.

What You'll Bring

A builder’s mindset. You’re energized by creating a growth engine from scratch, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to test, learn and adapt rather than inherit an established playbook.

Experience acquiring and activating users for consumer digital products. You understand how to turn awareness and engagement into measurable user growth and can identify opportunities across the funnel.

Proven social growth experience. You’ve personally owned and grown social accounts, with clear examples of increasing audience, engagement, reach or content performance across channels such as X, Reddit and Discord.

Strong content instincts and a talent for making data interesting. You can take statistics, market activity or complex information, find the story and turn it into timely, compelling and highly shareable content.

Relevant industry experience is a strong advantage. Experience in sports betting, trading or prediction markets is preferred, with an understanding of the audience, terminology and fast-moving nature of the space. Experience in adjacent areas such as fintech or crypto may also be relevant.

A data-driven, experimental approach to growth. You generate ideas, test them quickly, use performance data to decide what to iterate or scale, and are comfortable stretching across social, community, creators, partnerships, email, SEO or paid when the opportunity calls for it.

The Interview Process

1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
2nd: Interview with our team, Interviewer 1 (1-hour video via Zoom)
3rd: Case study- you will be given 3 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (Hiring Manager) (1-hour video via Zoom)
4th: Final interview/coffee chat with team member (1-hour video via Zoom)
