The Role:
Legend is looking for a Head of Content to lead our content teams across multiple markets on our #1 ranked site in the casino affiliate world. Reporting directly to our Head of iGaming, this pivotal role will drive the overall content strategy, team expansion, and continuous optimisation of our platform.

Your Impact:

  • Lead and manage SEO-focused content teams on our #1 casino site, overseeing NA, ES/LATAM, DACH, and EN Team Leads.
  • Take ownership of the content strategy and collaborate with teams to define seasonal OKRs.
  • Drive our team expansion by actively shaping and participating in the hiring process and supporting hiring managers.
  • Optimise content workflow, ensuring team satisfaction and readiness to address high-priority fixes whilst developing an industry-leading velocity in content production.
  • Collaborate closely with the on-page SEO team to empower your content teams to gradually take on more and more SEO discovery and optimisation themselves.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in the content arm of a media business, with gambling/casino as a core function, across multiple GEOs.
  • Strong written/editorial skills with a focus on SEO and a good understanding of user-focused copy and persuasion tactics.
  • Performance-focused, commercially savvy, and data-driven, with a track record of delivering impactful results (e.g., traffic, conversions, FTD, revenue).
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, viewing tasks with an ROI lens and demonstrating the ability to measure, learn, and iterate for growth.
  • Experience collaborating with other disciplines, particularly SEO, design, and product teams.
  • A keen eye for studying competitors and benchmarking against best-in-class content in the industry.

It would also be great, but not essential, if you had:

  •  Experience uploading content across multiple CMSes

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd Interview with Senior People Partner
  • 4th: Take home task - you will be given 3 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (Hiring Manager) (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 4th: Final interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
