The Role:
Legend is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director in managing a fast-paced and high-impact role. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same, enjoys working closely with senior leadership, and can juggle multiple priorities with discretion and precision.
You’ll be the go-to person for planning, problem-solving, and making sure the small stuff never slips through the cracks
Your Impact:
- Diary management, coordinating schedules & meetings, international travel management and booking accommodation, creating presentations, taking notes and actions from team meetings and following up on deadlines.
- Support to Operations Executive Team : arranging dinners/social events, coordinating offsites, creating internal presentations/documents
- Strategic Support: reviewing workload and delegating on their behalf; creating and developing documents and materials for internal and external use; and proactively supporting the business priorities.
- Project Support: ensuring notes are taken, actions documented and followed up on, timelines stated and deadlines are met. Sometimes leading on projects to ensure they are delieved on time & that the Executive Director is kept up to date
- Stakeholder management: acting as gatekeeper and main point of contact for key internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Tracking actions on internal platforms - monitoring actions assigned against Execs and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Recruitment - Supporting with the hiring in the Jersey office & beyond as & when needed
