The Role
Legend is hiring a Digital Campaign Manager, reporting directly to our General Manager - Marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity as we embark on new marketing initiatives, making you the first hire into our newly formed marketing chapter within our Gaming vertical.
This is a hybrid role bridging content marketing and media partnership management. You will drive brand awareness by launching and managing digital campaigns across third-party platforms and media sites, expanding beyond our traditional methods. We are looking to partner with world leading publishers to drive and build brand momentum.

Your Impact:
- Plan, coordinate, and launch digital campaigns across multiple GEOs, ensuring alignment with SEO, branding, and performance goals. You’ll own the end-to-end setup from ideation to go-live.
- Act as the primary liaison with external media publishers, managing communication, deliverables, and results tracking to ensure consistent message delivery and high campaign quality.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams — including SEO, Design, UX, and Product — to align creative assets and landing pages with campaign objectives and user journeys.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise campaigns based on key KPIs, user engagement signals, and stakeholder feedback — reporting insights and results across functions.
- Own the campaign calendar and reporting workflow within the marketing team, ensuring visibility, consistency, and impact across initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven campaign management experience — you’ve owned multi-channel digital campaigns from planning through to reporting, ideally across multiple markets (UK & IRE).
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management — you can align multiple teams (SEO, UX, product, design) while keeping campaigns moving on time and on brief.
- Creative and analytical mindset — you understand how brand and performance intersect, and can both shape compelling narratives and optimise towards KPIs.
- Hands-on execution and self-starting energy — you’re proactive, thrive in ambiguity, and don’t wait for instructions to create impact.
- Experience with branding or awareness campaigns — especially in competitive or regulated spaces like iGaming, fintech, or digital media — is a strong plus.
- Client management and business development — you’re confident building relationships with external partners, identifying collaboration opportunities, and delivering mutual value through strategic campaign execution.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to inform decisions, uncover insights, and continuously improve campaign performance, balancing intuition with evidence.
The Interview process:
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with our team, General Manager - Marketing and Senior Off-Page Manager (1 hour video via Zoom)
- 3rd: Values interview with our team, General Manager - Marketing and Head of Digital PR (1 hour video via Zoom)
